Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung (EULA)

Diese Vereinbarung gilt zwischen dir und Fabian Thanner (Österreich) für die Nutzung der App PrintWorth auf iOS und macOS.

1. Lizenz

Du erhältst eine einfache, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung von PrintWorth auf Apple-Geräten, die du besitzt oder kontrollierst – im Rahmen der App-Store-Nutzungsbedingungen. Ergänzend gilt Apples Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung für lizenzierte Programme („Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), abrufbar unter apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Bei Widersprüchen gilt die für dich günstigere Regelung.

2. Abos & In-App-Käufe

PrintWorth Pro ist als automatisch verlängerndes Monats- oder Jahresabo sowie als einmaliger „Lifetime"-Kauf erhältlich. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums gekündigt wird. Die Abrechnung erfolgt über dein Apple-Konto. Verwaltung und Kündigung jederzeit in den App-Store-Einstellungen. Auf das Jahresabo wird ein kostenloser Testzeitraum von 7 Tagen gewährt; ein nicht genutzter Teil verfällt mit dem Kauf eines Abos. Preise können mit Vorankündigung angepasst werden.

3. Keine Steuer-, Rechts- oder Finanzberatung

PrintWorth ist ein Hilfswerkzeug zur Kalkulation. Alle Berechnungen, Preise, Margen, Steuersätze und Rechnungsfelder sind Schätzungen bzw. von dir eingegebene Werte und stellen keine Steuer-, Rechts- oder Finanzberatung dar. Du bist allein dafür verantwortlich, Preise, steuerliche Behandlung (inkl. Kleinunternehmerregelung, USt., OSS) und die Richtigkeit von Rechnungen zu prüfen und einzuhalten. Ziehe im Zweifel eine Steuerberatung hinzu.

4. Gewährleistung

Die App wird „wie besehen" und „wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang wird keine Gewähr für Fehlerfreiheit, ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit oder die Richtigkeit von Berechnungsergebnissen übernommen. Zwingende gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

5. Haftung

Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang wird nicht für mittelbare Schäden, entgangenen Gewinn, Datenverlust oder Schäden aus Kalkulations- oder Preisentscheidungen gehaftet, die auf der Nutzung der App beruhen. Die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

PrintWorth, der Name und das Design sind geschützt. Die von dir erstellten Inhalte (Produkte, Kalkulationen, Kundendaten) gehören dir.

7. Beendigung

Die Lizenz endet, wenn du die App entfernst oder gegen diese Vereinbarung verstößt. Bestimmungen, die ihrer Natur nach fortbestehen (z. B. Haftung, geistiges Eigentum), gelten weiter.

8. Apple

Apple ist nicht Vertragspartei dieser Vereinbarung und für die App nicht verantwortlich. Apple ist jedoch berechtigter Dritter und kann diese Vereinbarung dir gegenüber durchsetzen.

9. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende verbraucherschützende Bestimmungen deines Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and Fabian Thanner (Austria) for the use of the PrintWorth app on iOS and macOS.

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PrintWorth on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In case of conflict, the term more favorable to you applies.

2. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

PrintWorth Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription and as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing is through your Apple account. Manage and cancel anytime in your App Store settings. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial; any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may change with prior notice.

3. No tax, legal, or financial advice

PrintWorth is a calculation aid. All calculations, prices, margins, tax rates, and invoice fields are estimates or values you enter and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with pricing, tax treatment (including small-business rules, VAT, OSS), and the accuracy of invoices. When in doubt, consult a tax professional.

4. Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given for error-free or uninterrupted operation or for the accuracy of calculation results. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, there is no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from pricing or calculation decisions based on the app. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

PrintWorth, its name, and design are protected. Content you create (products, calculations, customer data) belongs to you.

7. Termination

The license ends if you remove the app or breach this agreement. Provisions that by their nature survive (e.g., liability, intellectual property) continue to apply.

8. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this agreement against you.

9. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
